ABSTRACT: In this modern time, we are facing serious traffic issues in urban areas, especially in Dhaka city. We are facing serious traffic jam, and losing our valuable time every day. One of the main reason for this hazard is illegal parking at roadside. In this poster we are presenting a business model which will reduce our traffic issue and also we can make benefit out of it.

Conclusion
This proposed business model offers a practical and technology-driven solution to Dhaka’s growing traffic congestion by addressing one of its key causes—illegal roadside parking. By efficiently utilizing underused private residential parking spaces through a digital platform, the system can reduce illegal parking, improve traffic flow, and save valuable time for commuters. At the same time, it creates a new source of income for parking owners and security personnel, making it both socially and economically beneficial. With proper implementation, this model has the potential to significantly contribute to a more organized, efficient, and sustainable urban transportation system.
